Apa Hotel Asakusa Kuramae Tokyo

Great location with easy access to popular attractions and public transportation. Scenic views of the river nearby. Convenience of having a 7-11 across the street. The onsen on the top floor was a pleasant surprise, providing a relaxing experience.

Rooms were small, making it difficult for two people with luggage to move around comfortably. Lack of English proficiency among front desk staff resulted in unhelpful service to foreigners.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city, being conveniently close to the airport and situated near the river. It is nestled in the charming Asakusa neighborhood, surrounded by the vibrant energy of Tokyo. With its proximity to the metro, getting around the city is a breeze. The rooms, though small, offer all the necessary amenities and the onsen on the highest floor provides a relaxing retreat. The breakfast, though not amazing, offers a decent selection of dishes.

The language barrier was a bit problematic, as the staff struggled with basic English communication.

It is also within walking distance to multiple train lines, great for convenient transportation options. Close to the hotel, there are numerous small restaurants to try, with dining choices. The hotel's breakfast is a great deal, providing a good start to the day.

This hotel is conveniently located just a block away from the Kuramae subway station, making it a great base for exploring the city. The quiet area by the Sumida river provides a peaceful ambiance, and it's nice to have the option to enjoy the view of the Tokyo Skytree from the rooms. The hotel offers all the necessary amenities and the breakfast was a satisfying start to the day.
